Initially, I wanted to rent my house for fear of not getting an offer that would result in a profit that was worth the headache of selling. First, she is on top of her game and knows the market inside and out. She was able to show me recent sales and current market trends that convinced me to list and quickly sell (for a great profit!). Second, Alicia made the process so incredibly simple that it was far from a headache. She was excellent at follow-up, handling any problems sometimes without us knowing, and having our best interest at heart. We moved out of state before our home sold and the process was so smooth because Alicia was there to handle everything- all while pregnant and giving birth! Love her!

The first day I spoke with Alicia Stumph was March 20, 2019, to handle the sale of our house in TX (we tried to sell ourselves with no luck ) and we closed the sale of the house on May 21, 2019. We were vacationing out of town (CO) and Alicia found a Title company in CO to finalize the sale so we did not have to cut our vacation short OR wait till we returned to finish signing & funding.
